These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website and services provided by SpaniCool Academy (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By accessing our website, purchasing our services, or participating in our classes, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our services.
SpaniCool Academy provides online Spanish language learning services, including one-on-one classes, educational materials, and related resources delivered primarily via video conferencing and digital platforms.
All services are provided for educational purposes only.
For the purposes of this Privacy Policy:
You are at least 18 years old, or
You are a parent or legal guardian consenting to the use of our services by a minor under your responsibility.
We do not knowingly provide services or collect personal data from children without proper parental consent.
To access certain services, you may be required to provide personal information such as your name, email address, country, and city.
You are responsible for ensuring that the information you provide is accurate and up to date.
All services are offered as one-time purchases only.
Prices are displayed before purchase and may be updated at any time.
Payments are processed through third-party payment providers such as Stripe and PayPal.
We do not store or process your credit or debit card information directly.
All purchases made with SpaniCool Academy are final, non-refundable, and non-transferable.
By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that:
No refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
Unused lessons, missed sessions, or expired packages are not eligible for refunds.
To ensure fairness and proper scheduling, the following rules apply:
Lessons may be rescheduled only once per lesson.
To reschedule a lesson, you must notify us by email at info@spanicoolacademy.com at least 24 hours in advance.
If you fail to attend a scheduled lesson without prior notice, the lesson will be considered completed.
If the student does not connect at the agreed time, the teacher will wait 10 minutes. After that, the lesson will be marked as completed.
Lesson packages must be used within the specified validity period communicated at the time of purchase. Unused lessons after this period will be forfeited.
To support consistent learning and ensure your commitment and participation, all sessions included in your SPEAK Connect Monthly Program must be used within 60 days of purchase. Any unused sessions after this period will be forfeited.
All sessions included in your Family Fluent 4‑Month Program must be used within 180 days of purchase. Any unused sessions after this period will be forfeited.
Bonus resources are released on a monthly schedule. For students on a payment plan, access to bonus materials is provided as payments are successfully completed and the account remains in good standing. If payments stop, access to unreleased bonus materials will be paused.
Students are responsible for having:
A stable internet connection
Access to a working camera and microphone
If technical issues occur:
Unused minutes may be added back only if the issue is temporary and occurs during a class.
If technical issues persist across two sessions, any remaining time may be considered completed.
SpaniCool Academy is not responsible for interruptions caused by the student’s internet connection, device, or software.
Learning outcomes depend significantly on the student’s commitment, practice, and participation.
Our programs are designed to support significant progress, but we do not guarantee specific results or proficiency levels within a set timeframe. Individual results may vary.
Educational services are provided “as is” and without performance guarantees.
All content provided by SpaniCool Academy, including but not limited to:
Lesson materials
Videos
Documents
Branding and logos
is the exclusive property of SpaniCool Academy and may not be copied, recorded, shared, distributed, or resold without prior written permission.
You agree not to:
Record lessons without consent
Share or redistribute course materials
Use the services for unlawful or abusive purposes
Disrupt classes or engage in inappropriate behavior
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if these rules are violated.
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
SpaniCool Academy shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the service giving rise to the claim.
We reserve the right to:
Refuse service
Suspend or terminate access
Cancel lessons
if a user violates these Terms or engages in abusive, fraudulent, or disruptive behavior.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles.
We may update these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page, and continued use of the services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
